Time for our Summer BBQ! After a short business meeting, the BBQ will begin! The club will provide the grilled meats and water. You are encouraged to bring side dishes, salad, or desserts. Bring your spouse, significant others, and friends to enjoy the evening together! Don’t forget to WEAR YOUR TSHIRT.
As a board recognized club we need to have a membership meeting every year, as required by our Bylaws, to elect the board members, share club financial status and some other administrative matters. This year the meeting is on Thursday, June 25th at Gazebo Park, from 4:30-7:30pm.
Our Bylaws document is in our website (TaiChi.vgcc.club). A financial report and minutes from last year’s Annual Meeting will be posted on the website next week.
